Responsibilities
- Effectively manage activities of the service department
- Manages team members, including technicians, coordinators, and other team members, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
- Responsible to ensure scheduling and priorities are addressed
- Monitors and manages the work-in-progress daily
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
- Ensures proper completion and processing of work orders
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations and ensures the service department adheres to all regulations
- Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
- Support and feedback on budget development and adherence
- Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
- Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
- Regularly audit work being done, and customer service is provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
- Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs; if necessary, carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work
Qualifications

This position is full-time and reports to the Service Manager.
Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Service Coordinator is to serve the customer courteously and professionally and to manage Service invoicing. Generate, monitor and close all repair orders and assist the shop management team in managing Service Department records and files.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop a continuous improvement implementation cycle to maximize the Service department efficiency and customer experience
- Assist Service Techs with Quotes and Service Orders
- Review and process all service orders as per billing parameters
- Call customers if necessary for payments, contact information and purchase order numbers
- Receive service calls from customers, prioritize calls according to customer needs, dispatch service technician
- Assisting customers with any questions regarding service invoices, sales orders, etc.
- Maintain an accurate database
- Ensure scheduled maintenance calls are performed on time
- Support policies and procedures of the computer system and the company
- Process warranty claims follow-up to make sure claims are paid - if not, verify the problem
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year in a similar Service Coordinator position

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to order components and supplies in accordance with our company's needs. This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Working Hours: Full-time positions working 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and overtime as needed on occasion.
