Easy-Kleen Pressure Systems Ltd. is currently looking for a motivated individual for the position of PARTS SALES PERSON – Based out of Edmonton, Alberta.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling parts and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Specific Duties:
- Provides help and advice to customers who are experiencing issues with their equipment
- Communicates courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face
- Handles customer complaints
- Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Produces written information for customers, often involving the use of a computer package/software
- Checks for damaged goods and verifies quantities and quality of order
- Wraps, packages, and ships supplies, delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work to storage area
- Maintains inventory records by adding or deleting supplies as they are shipped or received
- Provide advice concerning parts price and availability
- Tracks parcels
- Ships transfer orders to and from EASY KLEEN branches
- Monitors accuracy of shipping information on orders and contacts salesperson for discrepancies
- Arranges Shipping Companies to pick up parts and machines
- Provides international custom documents as needed
- Any other duties as assigned

Easy-Kleen Pressure Systems Ltd. is currently looking for motivated individuals for the position of MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN – Based out of CAMBRIDGE, ON location.
These individuals, seeking long-term employment with a progressive and growing company and also has the ability to work efficiently as an individual, as well as cooperatively with other employees.
Some of the duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Servicing Pressure Washer systems: Cold & Hot Water
- Conducting mobile service requests and presenting the customer with possible solutions
- Understanding a product’s functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them
- Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer
- Providing technical expertise on products and/or service
Some of the skills and specifications include the following:
- Have thorough knowledge about the different products and their working

- Be good in written and spoken communication
- Be able to translate technical jargon so that laypeople can understand it

- Able to handle extended periods of static tasks with alertness, but also able to multitask
- G2 or Higher Certifications is an asset but not required

Requirements:

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

These individuals, seeking long-term employment with a progressive and growing company and also has the ability to work efficiently as an individual, as well as cooperatively with other employees.
The candidates must have the following skills and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- A sales assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Team with organizational and administrative tasks and would be reporting to the Sales Manager.
Specific Duties:
- Assist Sales Reps in day to day duties and projects
- Manage customer transactions by acknowledging and processing PO’s making sure all information and special instructions are entered and met
- Enter new leads and customers as per EK Sales guidelines
- Quote machines/parts based on customer needs, follow up on quotes
- Lead customer problem-solving solutions
- Assist customers when they come in to pick up their new/rental machine
- Quote and close commercial unit sales
- Process leases
- Prepare freight quotes and organize freight for specialized/oversized loads
- Answer questions from customers, recommend units that best suit their needs, and provide pertaining information
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual, proficient in both French and English
- Ability to prioritize along with time management
- 2+ years experience working in a warehouse
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and multi-task
- Prior administrative work in Sales may be helpful
- Able to run and compose reports that show various ranges of data in Excel
- Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must be able to take direction and follow through on tasks independently. Independent thinking and decision making will be necessary to be successful
