Job purpose:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic designer will be a key member of our Marketing Team. This person will design and develop promotional materials such as catalogues, marketing flyers, social media graphics, banners, print ads, website content, etc.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design company logos, letterheads, catalogues, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and website elements.
- Meet with team members to determine requirements and vision for design elements, which includes definiens strategy and execution.
- Create multiple different versions and options of a similar product for approval.
- Maintain up-to-date with the latest design trends – learning via workshops, courses etc.
- Review finalized material with fine detail to avoid re-work / errors.
- Select fonts, colours, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications:

Easy-Kleen is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service activities within North America. The service department is a growing business unit positioned to ensure the highest level of customer service and customer care. Keys to success include effective scheduling, work orders diligence, efficient billing, clear reporting, understanding priorities, highlighting repairs, and the development of lasting customer relationships are keys to success.
Duties and responsibilities
- Effectively manage activities of the service department
- Manages team members, including technicians, coordinators, and other team members, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
- Responsible for ensuring scheduling and priorities are addressed
- Monitors and manages the work-in-progress daily
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
- Ensures proper completion and processing of work orders
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations and ensures the service department adheres to all regulations
- Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
- Support and feedback on budget development and adherence

Job purpose
To produce, maintain and deliver the production schedule. This role works closely with production, sales, purchasing, and other personnel to ensure the most efficient and effective use of time, effort, and resources to meet sales demand.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead baseline schedule development and maintenance effort. Validate and measure baseline information.
- Work with production to build, develop and deliver weekly schedule.
- Perform critical path analysis.
